"In the world we live in there are so many who complain about everything and are negative in general. There are so many positive things in life so I wonder sometimes why so few people take the time to bring them to the attention of others. I would like to be one of the few to do just that. Since I first wandered in to your office a few years ago to ask a few general questions about hearing aids, etc. Dino listened to what I had to say and immediately took me in hand and guided me through the WSIB jungle I had on my own been trying to navigate for over twelve years.
