We are dedicated to giving personal attention to each referral we receive.
Community healthcare providers can refer patients to our clinic by way of fax, email, or by calling our office directly at 705-737-5555 where calls and voicemails are answered in a timely fashion. Thank you for trusting us with your patient's hearing healthcare.
We will follow up with you based on your original communication method to inform you that your referral has been received, redirected, or booked for an appointment. All audiological examination results will be forwarded to your clinic along with a type-written report detailing the findings and suggested next steps.
